Violinist Maria Duenas pays tribute to Jascha Heifetz with Gustavo Dudamel and the Simon Bolivar Symphony Orchestra of Venezuela, recorded at Abbey Road Studios.

"Having a role model is so important," says Duenas, "someone who is a constant source of inspiration." Homage to Heifetz celebrates the iconic violinist Jascha Heifetz, whose recorded legacy has long been a key influence on Duenas, and reflects her artistic affinity with conductor Gustavo Dudamel. He and the Simon Bolivar Symphony Orchestra of Venezuela, of which he is Music & Artistic Director, joined Maria at London's legendary Abbey Road Studios to record Korngold's Violin Concerto and Lalo's Symphonie espagnole.
