Seal - Seal (Deluxe Edition) - LP
30th Anniversary Deluxe Edition — Double LP, Remastered with 5 Bonus Tracks
Building on the breakout success of his 1991 debut, Seal soared to even greater heights in 1994 with his second eponymous album, featuring the international smash "Kiss from a Rose." Produced by Trevor Horn, the album's tracks include "Prayer for the Dying," "Bring It On" (with Wendy Melvoin and Lisa Coleman of Prince and the Revolution) and the duet "If I Could" featuring Joni Mitchell.
For the album's 30th anniversary, Rhino's Deluxe Edition pairs a newly remastered version of the original with additional recordings from the era, including the B-side "Blues in 'E'," a cover of "Fly Like an Eagle" from the Space Jam soundtrack, and "Manic Depression" recorded with guitar virtuoso Jeff Beck.
