Cut all-analogue from the original 1964 mono master by Kevin Reeves at Nashville's East Iris Studios, with constant reference to the original first pressing so the album stays faithful to the original release while revealing more musical detail than before. Cut using a Studer A80 master recorder and a Neumann VMS70 lathe originally installed at Capitol Studios in 1971. Features faithfully replicated artwork and a new four-panel insert with an essay by Beatles historian Bruce Spizer.
