It spawned Who staples like "Pinball Wizard," "The Acid Queen," "I'm Free," and "We're Not Gonna Take It," and has been kept alive for decades through film, Broadway, and concert versions. Mastered by longtime Who engineer Jon Astley from the original tapes and cut at half-speed by Miles Showell at Abbey Road Studios for a superior vinyl pressing.
