In 1993 Primal Scream traveled to Memphis's Ardent Studios to work with producer Tom Dowd, engineer Jeff Powell and the Muscle Shoals Rhythm Section on their fourth album, Give Out But Don't Give Up. These original long-lost recordings were shelved at the time and are presented here on vinyl for the first time in the U.S. The Run Out Groove reissue expands the set to 3LP, pairing the nine intended Tom Dowd mixes with a wealth of Ardent outtakes, jams and alternates.
