The Alexander Technique is Rex Orange County's fifth studio album, a detailed portrait of Alex's lived experience from his early to mid-20s. Produced by Rex himself alongside Teo Halm and Jim Reed — plus James Blake, who produced and features on "Look Me In The Eyes" — it is his longest and most musically varied project to date. The album was recorded over several years at studios including Abbey Road, Henson, Conway, Decoy and Black Rock.
