Moving Pictures was the Canadian trio's eighth and biggest-selling album, released in February 1981. Following the more radio-friendly format of Permanent Waves, it rose to #3 on the Billboard charts and remains the band's most popular and commercially successful studio recording. It includes the signature hits "Tom Sawyer" and "Limelight," the FM rock standard "Red Barchetta," and the highly praised instrumental "YYZ."
