An intimate, beautifully recorded session from one of the blues' most charismatic figures. Recorded in Copenhagen on November 1, 1963 during Sonny Boy Williamson II's celebrated European sojourn, Keep It to Ourselves captures the harmonica master in a relaxed, acoustic small-group setting — his sly, conversational vocals and singing harp tone front and center. He's joined by the superb Matt "Guitar" Murphy on guitar (later of The Blues Brothers), with pianist Memphis Slim guesting on several tracks and Billie Stepney on drums.
