$38.99
All-Analog 180g Vinyl — Blue Note Tone Poet Series
The aptly titled That's Where It's At is the first of two classic collaborations between tenor saxophonist Stanley Turrentine and pianist Les McCann. Rounding out the rhythm section on this soulful 1962 Blue Note session are Herbie Lewis on bass and Otis Finch on drums. The swinging six-song set features four McCann originals, one from Turrentine ("Soft Pedal Blues"), and one from his brother Tommy Turrentine ("Light Blue"). Mastered from the original master tapes by Kevin Gray and pressed at RTI.
