ken is Destroyer's twelfth studio album, produced by Josh Wells of Black Mountain, who has drummed in Destroyer since 2012. Recorded in its entirety at the band's jam and studio space — The Balloon Factory — it trades the live-band feel of Poison Season for a darker, synth-laced atmosphere, though every member makes an appearance.
