The Last Broadcast is the second studio album by British indie rock band Doves. Released in April 2002, it went straight to number 1 on the UK Albums Chart and earned a Mercury Prize shortlist nomination. Lead single "There Goes the Fear" became the band's highest-charting single, with follow-ups "Pounding" and "Caught by the River" both reaching the Top 30.
