Hybrid SACD, Direct-to-DSD Mastering from the Original Analog Tapes
Burrito Deluxe is the classic 1970 sophomore album from The Flying Burrito Brothers — the second and final record made while the band was still led by former Byrd Gram Parsons. Widely viewed as inventors of country rock, the Burritos deliver another set full of great tunes written and sung by Parsons and Chris Hillman, including the first issued version of "Wild Horses." Mastered by Kevin Gray at Cohearent Audio direct to DSD from a phenomenal-sounding 1/2" safety copy of the original stereo master tape, Intervention's reissue preserves the top-end energy and snap of the original A&M LP while fully restoring the bass foundation.
