Pianist John Lenehan delivers an outstanding account of the "Emperor" Piano Concerto No. 5 alongside the Locrian Ensemble of London, conducted by Rimma Sushanskaya. Engineer Mike Valentine captured the performance with just four microphones to preserve the immediacy and energy of the live event.
