Ronnell Bright was in Paris for just a stopover during Sarah Vaughan's European tour when this rare date was cut at Studio des Dames on June 5, 1958, for French Polydor. A stripped-down trio session with a relaxed feel, it has Bright really opening up on the keys in ways you don't always hear on his work backing singers, joined by Richard Davis on bass and English drummer Art Morgan.
