The TD 124 DD Exclusive takes Thorens' award-winning revival of its most legendary turntable and builds it out to full reference level. The high-precision direct-drive motor is fed by the TPN 124 linear power supply — included as standard — for the cleanest possible foundation, while a copper platter improves acoustic coupling to the record and drains away resonances the way only mass and the right material can.

Where the standard TD 124 DD carries a 9" arm, the Exclusive mounts a 12-inch version of the TP 124 tonearm, its longer geometry reducing tracking-error angle and the distortion that comes with it. Internal cabling is pure silver from cartridge pins to output jacks for maximum signal purity, terminating in gold-plated RCA and true balanced XLR connectors.

Choose the Standard configuration and fit your own reference pickup, or complete the statement with the Swiss-made EMT Tondose moving-coil, inspired by EMT's classic broadcast heritage and optimized for this 12-inch arm: ruby cantilever, Gyger-cut stylus, pure-gold coil wire, and a healthy 0.7mV output.
