The fourth album by punk legends U.K. Subs — among the earliest bands of the first wave of British punk. Formed in 1976 around mainstay vocalist Charlie Harper, the band signed to GEM Records in 1979, fusing the energy of punk with the rock 'n' roll edge of the thriving pub-rock scene. Originally released in early 1981, Diminished Responsibility reached No.18 on the British national chart and includes the single "Party in Paris."
