Weezer (also known as The Blue Album) is the debut studio album by the American rock band, released on May 10, 1994. Produced by Cars frontman Ric Ocasek and recorded at Electric Lady Studios in New York City, it was supported by the singles "Undone – The Sweater Song," "Buddy Holly" and "Say It Ain't So," with music videos directed by Spike Jonze. The album reached #16 on the Billboard 200 and is certified triple platinum in the US.
