Wishbone Ash were among England's most popular hard-rock acts of the 1970s and one of its premier live bands. Madfish presents a lavish box set drawn from five live concerts recorded between 1976 and 1980 across four different tours, featuring the classic line-up of Andy Powell, Martin Turner, Laurie Wisefield and Steve Upton. Four of the concerts are issued on vinyl for the first time, while a newly sourced, previously unreleased October 1976 recording from Nakano Sunplaza, Tokyo is exclusive to this set. The box includes a lavish booklet with track-by-track 'making of' interviews by Wishbone expert Campbell Devine, rare live photographs, a replica 'Wishbone News' newspaper, and an individually numbered certificate.
