Adventurous Southern California punk trio Agent Orange were among the first bands to fuse surf rock with punk. Formed in 1979 in Placentia by frontman Mike Palm, the group signed to Robbie Fields' Posh Boy Records for their 1981 debut LP Living In Darkness, co-produced by Fields and former Simpletones guitarist Jay Lansford. A milestone in California punk rock history.
