Speakers Corner 180-gram audiophile reissue of "Live" at the Half-Note, recorded at the famed New York jazz club in December 1963. Having given up the trumpet to focus on flugelhorn, Art Farmer leads a pianoless quartet alongside guitarist Jim Hall, bassist Steve Swallow and drummer Walter Perkins, trading gentle, pensive and surprisingly complex improvisation. Remastered using pure analogue components, from the master tapes through to the cutting head.
