The AXA35 is a 35-watt-per-channel integrated amplifier with a built-in moving magnet phono stage and a proper toroidal transformer — the ideal first step into genuine hi-fi.

The AXA35 is built around a toroidal transformer, a power supply technology normally found in Cambridge Audio's higher-tier amplifiers, delivering clean, stable current for a controlled, musical presentation at any volume. Its 35 watts per channel into 8 ohms is honest, low-distortion power — THD measures below 0.01% at 1kHz.

Vinyl fans are covered out of the box: a built-in moving magnet phono stage lets you plug a turntable straight in with no external boxes. Separate bass and treble shelving controls (±10dB) let you tune the sound to your room, a crisp LED dot matrix display shows volume and source at a glance, and a front-panel 6.35mm headphone jack handles late-night sessions.
