Recorded live in Hawaii's Diamond Head Crater in January 1972, this collaboration pairs Carlos Santana's guitar with drummer-vocalist Buddy Miles for a loose, funk-laced jam highlighted by "Evil Ways" and Miles' "Them Changes." For the first time in the world it appears as an SA-CD Multi Hybrid edition, with a DSD-mastered surround mix from the analog 4-channel Quadraphonic master plus a newly remastered stereo layer, all housed in a 7-inch mini-LP replica of the Japanese Quadraphonic jacket.
