Originally formed in 1968 in Nagoya, Japan, prog-rock band Cosmos Factory made their debut with An Old Castle Of Transylvania on Nippon Columbia. Loaded with heavy psychedelia and prog guitar, experimentally blended with Hammond and Mellotron, keyboardist/vocalist Tsutomu Izumi leads an adventure through the dark forests of Transylvania. Long a rare and sought-after gem of Japanese prog, it is reissued here complete with OBI strip and insert.
