Multi-instrumentalist David Lindley — long a sideman for Jackson Browne, Linda Ronstadt and Crosby & Nash — launched his solo career with this lavishly produced 1981 album. Ranging from the off-beat reggae of "She Took Off My Romeos" to one of the great guitar hits of the '80s in "Mercury Blues," it's a stylistically restless, tailor-made rock record. This Speakers Corner edition was remastered using pure analogue components only, from the master tapes through to the cutting head.
