Galveston is the thirteenth album by American singer-guitarist Glen Campbell, released in 1969 by Capitol Records. It topped the Billboard Country Albums chart and produced the #1 hit title track, written by Jimmy Webb, who also penned the follow-up single "Where's the Playground Susie." The album arrived as Campbell launched his own television variety show, The Glen Campbell Goodtime Hour.
