After a two-year hiatus, OC-based band Greer reconvened in drummer Lucas Ovalle's garage to make Big Smile. The 13 songs track the tumultuous period between the start of their break and the peace they found on the way back to each other. Recorded with California producers Rob Schnapf (The Vines, Beck) and Matt Schuessler (Kurt Vile, Cat Power), it's the sound of a band rediscovering each other and falling back in love with rocking out — alt-rock with diversity of sound and unity of vision.
