Recorded in 1968, Caramba! was trumpeter Lee Morgan's twenty-third Blue Note recording, capturing a full-fledged master at the height of his powers. The session features Bennie Maupin on tenor saxophone, Cedar Walton on piano, Reggie Workman on bass and Billy Higgins on drums. Part of the Blue Note Classic Vinyl Series, mastered all-analog by Kevin Gray directly from the original master tapes.
