Marillion's debut studio album, Script for a Jester's Tear was originally released on 13 March 1983, reaching #7 on the UK Albums Chart (eventually going platinum) and yielding the Top 40 singles "He Knows You Know" and "Garden Party." Formed in Aylesbury in 1979, the band were signed by EMI after attracting attention with a Friday Rock Show session. This edition presents the album in a 2020 stereo remix.
