Limited 180 gram pressing of this 1981 album, the 16th studio LP by Marvin Gaye and his final album for Motown before leaving for Columbia. Written, produced, arranged and mixed entirely by Gaye, In Our Lifetime moved away from the disco styling of his previous efforts and is regarded as one of the strongest records of his late-Motown period. Sessions took place across Los Angeles, Honolulu and London throughout 1979 and 1980.
