Raised in Queens, N.O.R.E. first made waves as one half of Capone-N-Noreaga before this self-titled album peaked at #3 on the Billboard 200 and went platinum. With features from Nas, Kool G Rap, Big Pun and Busta Rhymes and production from The Neptunes and Swizz Beatz, it remains an undisputed hip-hop classic powered by singles "Superthug," "N.O.R.E." and the legendary posse cut "Banned From TV."
