Seven Psalms is Paul Simon's latest studio album of original material, his first in seven years since 2016's Stranger to Stranger. Conceived as a continuous piece of music in seven segments rather than seven individual songs, the album is primarily acoustic, with Simon playing guitar, keyboards and percussion alongside occasional strings and backing vocals, including duets with Edie Brickell and choir Voces8.
