Abandoned Luncheonette, released in 1973, is the second album by pop-rock duo Daryl Hall and John Oates. Produced by Arif Mardin, the nine-song set fused Philly soul, rock and acoustic pop, and became the most commercially successful album of their Atlantic Records period, reaching No. 33 on the Billboard Top LPs & Tapes chart on the strength of the hit "She's Gone." It was later certified platinum by the RIAA. This Analogue Productions reissue is pressed at Quality Record Pressings and housed in a tip-on old-style gatefold double-pocket jacket with film lamination by Stoughton Printing.
