Sleeve artwork designed by Bowie pairs a baby photo with a contemporary face, and the set includes a 16-page full-color book of previously unseen photographs by Frank Ockenfels 3, plus two further programs of alternative mixes and "Unplugged & Somewhat Slightly Electric" versions.
