In 1983 Ian Anderson, the iconic frontman and flautist of Jethro Tull, stepped into new musical territory with his debut solo album, Walk into Light. Co-written and recorded with keyboardist Peter-John Vettese, it leaned into the emerging synth-pop style of the eighties, more introspective and personal in tone. This 2025 edition has been newly remastered at half-speed by Grammy-winning engineer John Webber at AIR Studios in London from the original master tapes, with restored artwork including photography by Martyn Goddard and art direction by John Pasche.
