Less stridently political than their earlier work but no less uncompromising, High Time showcases the well-written, hard-driving proto-punk that cemented their legend, from the epic opener "Sister Anne" to the horn-fueled "Skunk (Sonicly Speaking)." This Rocktober edition is pressed on clear yellow splatter vinyl.
