After leaving The Faces, Ron Wood released his first solo album, I've Got My Own Album To Do, a loose, star-studded collection of soul grooves, reggae and rock 'n' roll. Opening track "I Can Feel the Fire" features the voices of Wood, Mick Jagger and David Bowie with Keith Richards on guitar, while "Far East Man" includes George Harrison on slide guitar and backing vocals. Mick Taylor appears throughout, and the record helps explain why "Woody" was soon signed up as a Rolling Stone.
