SYML — Welsh for "simple" — is the project of Seattle's Brian Fennell, whose music taps into the instinct to seek sanctuary. Infinity gathers six new recordings alongside five previously unreleased songs, an ode, in Fennell's words, "to the absurdity of human existence and my fondness for it," shaped by cinematic inspirations from blaring soundscapes to dusty, Morricone-style settings.
