Hybrid Multichannel SACD — Mastered by Doug Sax Using an All-Tube System, Overseen by Doors Producer/Engineer Bruce Botnick

Originally released in 1967, Strange Days was The Doors' second album, deepening the melodic, psychedelic blend of blues, Eastern music, classical and pop heard on their debut. It delivered the hits "Love Me Two Times" and "People Are Strange" alongside edgy experiments like "Horse Latitudes" and the sprawling counterculture touchstone "When the Music's Over." Part of Analogue Productions' Doors reissue series, this Hybrid Multichannel SACD presents surround mixes Bruce Botnick created from the original one-inch, eight-track analog master tapes, up-sampled to DSD and authored at the Super Audio Center. It plays in both CD and SACD players.
