The Prestige All Stars - All Night Long Analogue Productions LP (Mono)
$39.99
200 Gram Mono LP, Cut from the Analogue Masters by Kevin Gray
One of the great jam-session recordings of the 1950s, All Night Long was led by guitarist Kenny Burrell, who gathered some of the finest young players on the New York scene, trumpeter Donald Byrd, tenor saxophonist Hank Mobley, and flute/tenor man Jerome Richardson, with Mal Waldron, Doug Watkins and Art Taylor in the rhythm section. Recorded by Rudy Van Gelder in Hackensack, the session is all relaxation, swing and high-level musicianship. This Analogue Productions reissue is cut from the original masters by Kevin Gray.
