Limited 180g Clear Vinyl LP
The Selecter's second album, Celebrate the Bullet, was released in February 1981 as the follow-up to their successful 2 Tone debut Too Much Pressure. Reuniting with producer Roger Lomas, the band moved into a more melodic, slower-paced sound while keeping their lyrical commentary on racial and social issues. Unlucky timing — the album's title coincided with the murder of John Lennon and the attempt on Ronald Reagan — saw radio largely ignore it at the time; this reissue makes the case for a forgotten 2 Tone classic. Pressed on limited 180-gram clear vinyl.
