Originally released in 1966, A Quick One was The Who's second album and featured the experimental mini-suite "A Quick One, While He's Away," a nod to the rock operas that would follow. The album is highlighted by John Entwistle's "Boris the Spider" and "Whiskey Man." Mastered by longtime Who engineer Jon Astley from the original tapes and cut at half speed by Miles Showell at Abbey Road Studios for a superior vinyl pressing, packaged in the original sleeve with obi and a certificate of authenticity.
